raw poppy seed flax bread
1 ½ cups almond meal (ground almonds)
¾ cup oat flour
5 tablespoons irish moss paste
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoons date paste
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
¼ cup flaxmeal
handful of poppy seeds
Blend irish moss paste, lemon juice, date paste, salt and water until completely smooth. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine almond flour and oat flour, then add blended liquid ingredients and continue to mix until a sticky dough forms. Incorporate the flaxmeal and poppy seeds. Form into desired shape and dehydrate until desired consistency is achieved.
