A productive morning spent making the world's healthiest granola and yoghurt.
The granola is made from dehydrated buckwheat mixed with date paste, fresh apple, a handful of local blueberries and a pinch of cardamon. Because buckwheat is actually a seed and not a grain, it is naturally gluten-free.
The base yoghurt is made by fermenting soaked cashews, raw coconut meat and probiotic powder together overnight, which is then flavoured using i) fresh ginger, goji berries, mango and strawberries, ii) lemon zest, raw honey and fresh vanilla bean. This is a naturally dairy-free yoghurt.
