new style miso soup

Create a raw miso soup. Pour over a Spanish-style avocado garnish. And voilà, a surprisingly delicious summer soup.

  • miso broth – raw vegetable stock*, tamari, miso, grapeseed oil

  • garnish – tomato, avocado, cilantro leaves, pistachios, kombu, black sesame seeds

*Because we are using raw vegetable stock here, tomato is used in place of onions (not great raw) to provide that extra special umami flavor.
