garden gnocci - root vegetables (the beetroot makes it pink), olive oil, soaked cashews, oat flour, thyme, nutritional yeast (provide a healthy cheese taste and lots of your B vitamins)
gremolata - lots of fresh parsley, hazelnuts, fresh lemon juice and zest
truffle cream – soaked cashew nuts, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice, tamari
