We stopped into Jordan's Pond Restaurant in Arcadia National park this afternoon to sample their famous "pop-over". This famed delicacy is essentially a yorkshire pudding crossed with a cream tea. Much to my surprise (I was struggling with the random cross-pollination between two-famed british foods) it was absolutely delicious. Well done America.
