Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Nope. An edible kelp forest. The base is a truffle-infused black pepper cream sauce, topped with some asian-inspired kelp noodles (seaweed is so good for you, and a portion of this beauty has only 6 calories per serving) and a scattering of edible foliage leaves. Extremely delicious and most importantly - ridiculously good for you. Now all I need to do is find some edible forest men to put at the top of my kelp mountain.
